House Rules

 

 

 


Dear guests,

You spend your vacation in a private apartment.
We have made an effort with the decor, and hope that you spend a wonderful holiday here in our apartment.
The following "small house rules" should be an aid in which we only describe how we imagine the handling of the apartment and the inventory.
In addition, we have listed some rules that we hope you will understand.
By a proper treatment of the apartment you will help us in the future to provide a beautiful apartment.

 

 

 

 General

 

 

 

If you miss anything in the facility or need help, contact us with confidence.

 

All things that are in the apartment or on the site or belong, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle all equipment and inventory carefully. Please make sure that all the furniture stays in the living area and is not to be used in the garden or on the terrace.
The tenant has to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that his fellow travelers do this as well.
Please make sure that you do not enter the apartment with heavily soiled street shoes, especially where carpets are located.

 

If the apartment is left during the day, it is essential to ensure that the windows and doors are firmly closed or, depending on the weather, windows are tilted as far as possible.

 

We expressly point out that waste must be separated and disposed of in the appropriate containers. These are as follows:

 

- Brown bin is for biological waste only. These should be packed in paper bags or newspaper

 

- Blue bin is for paper waste such as cardboard boxes, newspapers, etc.

 

- Yellow-blue bin is ONLY for plastic waste, these must be rinsed out beforehand e.g. yoghurt cups, aluminum bowls, tin cans etc

 

- Black bin is intended for the rest of the waste

 

If this is not observed and the garbage is not separated accordingly, the tenant undertakes to catch up on this before departure or to take the corresponding waste with him.

 

We kindly advise our guests to save electricity and water.

 

If one or more keys are lost, the renter is liable for the replacement value or for any necessary replacement of the locking mechanism!!

 

If you arrive with one or more bicycles, they must either be secured in front of the house or stored in the garage by arrangement. Storage on the terrace is prohibited.

 

The rented premises are only available for a relaxing holiday and not for celebrations of any kind.

 

 

 

To the Smokers

 

 

 

In our apartment smoking is prohibited without exception.
We offer smoking possibilities in front of the house and in the meadow.
An ashtray is there and should be used.

 

 

 

Rest periods

 

 

 

In the sense of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe the rest periods.
From 22:00 o'clock applies according to our local statute the night rest which lasts until 6:00 o'clock.
During the night, the music, TV and the celebrations must not exceed the volume of the room.

 

 

 

Kitchen and Bathroom

 

 

 

Please note that the dishes are only returned to the cabinets in a clean state, the same applies to cutlery, pots and appliances that you have used, especially egg cookers, toasters and other kitchen appliances.
Separate your garbage into the existing containers.

 

On your departure, the kitchen should look the way you found it.

In sinks, shower and toilet, no waste, leftovers, harmful liquids, tampons, bandages or the like may be thrown or poured, otherwise there may be unpleasant blockages.

 

 

 

Pets (Dogs only)

 

 

 

So that the animals are also welcome, we ask you to follow some "guidelines".
It is not allowed that your animal lays on beds, upholstery, coach, etc. For any damage the renter is liable.
Strong dog smell is sustainable. On consideration of other guests, we ask you to ventilate the apartment always well.
If your pet contaminates the apartment, it is your responsibility to clean the appropriate areas.
If a re-cleaning of the apartment due to the livestock by us be necessary, we have to ask you this.

 

Liability

 

 

 

You are liable as a pet owner for all damage and contamination caused by your pet on the property, its furnishings and environment.

 

 

 

Departure

 

 

 

When you leave the apartment should, if possible, again look like you have found.
We would like to ask you on the day of departure to clean the apartment until 10:00 o'clock swept.
Together we will do a final inspection and hand over the keys!

Annex to the House Rules

 

 

 

To all our guests arriving with one or more dogs:

Dogs must be brought in beforehand and we kindly ask you not to leave the dog(s) unattended in the apartment for an extended period of time. In the event of damage to the equipment or contamination caused by the dog(s) being left unattended for too long, the dog owner will be liable for the damage. It should also be noted that the dog(s) should not be barking in the sense of good neighborhood.

 

 

 

 Day of departure:

Please note the following things on your day of departure:

- Please empty the trash cans in the house and dispose of your waste glass.

- Electrical appliances (especially refrigerator, microwave, oven) are to be left as they were found.

 

We ask you to consider that a final cleaning is NOT a basic cleaning, otherwise a surcharge of 20€ will be added to the final cleaning if the above points are not observed.

 


 

Termination:

 


 

If the rental conditions are violated several times, the landlord can unilaterally terminate the rental agreement and the guest must leave the holiday apartment immediately. In this case, there is no right to a refund of the rental price.
